| Rules for timeshare reservation: |
| 1. Single bedroom suite for one week for 20 years sells $8,000. |
| 2. Two bedroom suite for one week for 20 years sells $20,000. |
| 3. For reservations of 2 weeks or more the lease extends to 30 years at the same price per week. |
| 4. For PAA Chapters that reserve 4 weeks or more the lease becomes perpetual. |
| 5. A reservation is bound by submitting an application and a deposit of 20% of the total cost to be held in escrow until March 2012. If the 20% deposit exceeds $10,000 then the deposit can be capped at $10,000. |
| 6. The maximum number of bedrooms x weeks anyone can reserve is capped at 25 bedroom-weeks. |
| 7. Reserving 20 or more bedroom-weeks gives the buyer naming rights for one of the suites. |
